Dr. Gernot Hutter | Managing Director

DDr. Gernot Hutter brings to the business years of experience as national and international natural gas manager in his executive function. He has been active in this field since the Austrian natural gas market began to be liberalised in the year 2000.
As partner of “gas-alive Energie und Dienstleistungen GmbH,” he was a purchaser of natural gas for the energy intensive industry and represented their interests on their behalf for the renewal of the Austrian Gas Act, as well as the establishment of market regulations. After the majority take-over of gas-alive by Steirische-Gas Wärme GmbH in 2003, Dr. Gernot Hutter has played different roles in Sales and international Business Development until he left the company.

Dr. Gernot Hutter acts as Chief Executive Officer of CEMAG since October 2007.

Mag. Maximilian H. Tinauer, MBA | Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mag. Maximilian Tinauer looks back to a respective career of more than 18 years of experience in national and international economical enterprises.
After 8 years in tax consulting he took over the position as corporate controller including management tasks at Hirsch-Armbänder GmbH in the USA.
Hereafter Mr. Mag. Tinauer was engaged as chief operating officer in the successful financial restructuring of JoWood Productions Software AG. A company listed at the prime market of the Vienna stock exchange.
Following he relocated to the Süd-Ost Europa Holding of the WAZ Mediengruppe where he became responsible for the strategic shareholder management and controlling of the equities in south-eastern Europe and Austria for the divisions print media, radio and television.

A MBA in Italy and the USA completes his track record.
In his current position, Mr. Mag. Tinauer, MBA, acts as Chief Financial Officer of the CE Gas Marketing & Trading GmbH since April 2011.
